Trust Actions

A Trust Action means that a petition has been filed in court requesting court supervision or intervention involving a trust, the trustees, or beneficiaries. These types of cases can be something as simple as asking the court to allow a trustee to provide some money to a beneficiary that may not be specified in a trust agreement itself but would assist the beneficiary with an important need. However, they can also involve petitions to remove a trustee who is either not taking any action in the administration of a trust, or is making improper actions involving a trust.

We have assisted both beneficiaries and heirs in obtaining their rightful inheritance in accordance with the distribution wishes of the decedent as well as assisted Trustees and personal representatives in matters involving difficult heirs and beneficiaries.
